Ramco Luxury Apartments is a complex of four buildings designed with careful consideration for the environment and its challenges.

For this competition, we conducted a thorough analysis of the area, its climate, and morphology. As a result, we developed an innovative water-based climatization system on the building's exo-façade.

This system adapts to the local climate, improving energy efficiency and the project's aesthetics. Ramco Luxury Apartments integrates sustainability and design, offering comfort while respecting the environment.

We consist of four buildings that share morphology, distributed across a carefully planned site, creating open spaces and pools within. The buildings strategically allocate apartments across their four facades, offering residents a panoramic 360-degree view.

The finishes of the development are tailored for maximum quality, focusing on luxury and comfort while maintaining a sense of honest and fair architecture.
