At its heart lies an incredible pedestrian promenade that effortlessly connects the living spaces to the shopping center, creating a vibrant and interconnected lifestyle hub. Offering a wealth of world-class amenities, Baalá Cancún redefines modern elegance by delivering an unparalleled living experience where ultimate convenience perfectly meets the natural beauty of the Mexican Caribbean.

Alterna Interlomas represents an architectural repositioning strategy for a late-nineties structure located in a privileged node of Huixquilucan, State of Mexico. The project revitalizes this mixed-use complex—comprising a retail podium and a residential tower—to restore its market competitiveness and adapt it to contemporary technological demands. The primary intervention focuses on the building envelope: a newly designed facade featuring passive solar control systems and insulated glazing that drastically mitigate the site's high thermal incidence. At street level, the podium is reconfigured to enhance the retail offering and integrate new amenities. This comprehensive modernization not only elevates the district's urban image but also ensures resource optimization, safeguarding investor budgets through intelligent, high-efficiency design.

Located in one of Queretaro's most rapidly expanding urban sectors, this retail development is conceived as a social and economic catalyst. The project challenges the traditional enclosed mall paradigm through an open-air scheme, articulated around a large central plaza designed to foster community. Featuring direct views of the city's new park, the architectural layout optimizes the spatial program, granting a striking presence and maximum visibility to the storefront facades. This permeability between public space, landscape, and retail ensures the complex will be a commercial success and a new landmark for the region.

Loreto Phase IV represents the consolidation of a large-scale masterplan entirely developed by the studio in Baja California. Following the execution of three previous stages—totaling 154 single-family residences and 16 housing blocks—this fourth phase introduces a mixed-use program that articulates a hotel, a training center, and a new residential sector. The architectural scheme subordinates itself to the rugged topography of the Sierra de la Giganta, carefully stepping down the terrain to maximize visual openness toward the Bay of Loreto. Through a passive design strategy that optimizes solar exposure and natural cross-ventilation, the massing integrates into the landscape using a material palette that reflects the warm, tropical tones of the peninsular environment.
