El Rincón Loreto Fase 3

Loreto Phase III constitutes the mid-density residential core within the comprehensive masterplan developed by the studio in Baja California. This third stage comprises a complex of 16 towers housing 12 apartments each, distributed into two-bedroom layouts and three-bedroom penthouses. The architectural approach simultaneously addresses a dual agenda: the construction and structural optimization required by the developer, and the comfort, accessibility, and livability demands of a premium market composed primarily of retired Mexican and American adults. The complex is articulated through warm-toned amenities that function as an oasis for its users, strategically oriented to capture panoramic views toward the Sierra de la Giganta and, most importantly, the Bay of Loreto. The chromatic proposal and materiality pay tribute to the endemic vegetation and local surroundings, exalting tropical tones to establish a contemporary identity for Mexican Pacific coastal architecture.
